Middle-aged and Elderly Employment Promotion Act Article 19

For middle-aged and senior persons and elderly persons hired by the employer who have working disabilities or whose family member needs long-term care, the employer may further carry out job accommodation or provide assistive occupational devices to meet their needs, or make referrals to them for the appropriate resources of long-term care services.With respect to the job accommodation or assistive occupational devices provided by the employer referred to the preceding paragraph, the competent authority may provide counseling or subsidization.
