Vocational Training Act Article 38-1

The Central Competent Authority shall hold skills competitions for encouraging the nationals to learn vocational skills and advancing the level of national vocational skills.Regulations concerning the matters of implementing skills competitions, entrusting subordinated agencies (institutions) or commissioning relevant agencies (institutions) or organizations to hold the skills competitions, selection of judges, qualifications and restrictions of competitors, competition rules, settlement of disputes and rewards referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the Central Competent Authority.
