Regulations for Technician Skills Certification Administration and Test Site Article 31

Certification administration agencies shall record the performance evaluation of each invigilator and marker at each field test.Where the performance evaluation for the field marker in the preceding paragraph records any of the matters listed in the preceding two articles or Articles 39 and 39-1 of the Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates, such evaluation records shall be forwarded to the central competent authority for handling.
