Regulations on Technician Skills Certification and Issuance of Certificates Article 12
The Central Competent Authority shall, before the beginning of a calendar year, publicly announce matters concerning stages, classes of job category, registration, and tests of National Skills Certification, and hold national skills certification for non-specific persons.The Central Competent Authority may, if necessary, hold special skills certification for specific persons or purposes.
