Upon receiving the appeal mentioned in the preceding Article, the organizer shall report it to the central competent authority for handling within seven days.If the appeal mentioned in the preceding Article is submitted after the specified time limit, the central competent authority shall not accept it.The central competent authority shall make an appeal decision within forty-five days from the date of receiving the appeal materials referred to in Paragraph 1, and notify the appellant.Where the grounds of the appeal accepted by the central competent authority involve highly technical or professional matters, it may convene a meeting and invite relevant professionals for consultation.An appellant who does not accept the appeal decision mentioned in Paragraph 3 may file an administrative appeal in accordance with the law.
