Regulations for Implementing and Rewarding Skills Competition Article 44
Any competitor who has objections to the competition results and is under any of the following circumstances shall file an appeal with the organizer within three hours upon the publication of the competition results:1.Objection to the competition results.2.Alleged misconduct of the Experts that affects the competition results.3.Other disputes sufficient to affect the rights and interests of the competitor.The appeal mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be submitted in writing by the competitor himself/herself or his/her legal representative, specifying the name of the skill, the competitor’s name, date of birth, gender, ID number, domicile, and grounds of the appeal.

選手對競賽成績有疑義，並有下列情形之一者，應於競賽成績公告後三小時內，向大會提出申訴：
一、不服競賽成績。
二、認有裁判人員違失致影響競賽成績。
三、其他有足以影響選手權益之爭議。
前項申訴，應由選手本人或其法定代理人以書面載明職類名稱、姓名、出生年月日、性別、身分證統一編號、住居所及事由提出。
