Enforcement Rules of Protection for workers Incurring Occupational Accidents Act Article 4
The Labor Insurance Supervisory Committee, pursuant to Paragraph 1 of Article 5 of the Act, is in charge of reviewing the following matters:1. Annual business plan and year-end report of the use-designated fund.2. Annual budget and final financial statement of the use-designated fund.3. Use-designated fund management.4. Other matters in relation to the use-designated fund.The Labor Insurance Supervisory Committee shall inform the central competent authority for future reference of the result of review in the previous paragraph.

勞工保險監理委員會依本法第五條第一項規定負責審議之事項如下：
一、專款年度業務計畫及年終總報告。
二、專款年度預算及決算。
三、專款之管理。
四、其他與專款有關事項。
前項審議結果，勞工保險監理委員會應報請中央主管機關備查。
