When hiring workers suffering occupational accidents and providing them with necessary auxiliary facilities to work, business entities may apply for subsidies from the Bureau of Labor Insurance, provided that business entities have not received subsidies in accordance with relevant provisions of the People with Disabilities Rights Protection Act.

事業單位僱用職業災害勞工，而提供其從事工作必要之輔助設施者，得向勞工保險局申請補助。
