Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 42-2
The training unit which was assessed but received the assessment results without specific valid term before September 4, 2025 when the amendments to the Rules were enforced shall apply for an assessment again under Article 20-3 within 5 years upon enforcement of the amendments to the Rules. Where it fails to do so within the specific time limit, the central competent authority may revoke the original assessment result.

本規則中華民國一百十四年九月四日修正施行前，訓練單位曾經評鑑且評鑑結果未明定效期者，應於本規則修正施行之日起五年內，依第二十條之三申請評鑑；屆期未申請評鑑者，中央主管機關得廢止其原經評鑑之結果。
