Occupational Safety and Health Education and Training Regulations Article 42-1

The following training unit shall seek the approval from the central competent authority under Paragraph 2 of Article 20 before December 31, 2027, if it has recruited trainees before September 4, 2025 when the amendments to the Rules were enforced, and is allowed to recruit the trainees again upon receipt of the approval:1. The non-profit organization which was initially approved to recruit trainees;2. The non-profit organization, Employer Association and Labor Union without authorization;The approval granted to the non-profit organization which was initially approved to recruit trainees set forth in the subparagraph of the preceding paragraph shall be revoked if it fails to seek the re-approval from the central competent authority under Paragraph 2, Article 20.
