Enforcement Rules of the Occupational Safety and Health Act Article 53

The municipal and county(city) competent authority and other subject industries competent authority specified in Article 50 Paragraph 2of the Act shall in accordance with laws and regulations, comply with national occupational safety and health policies, actively promote the following occupational safety and health affairs, including:1. Strategies and plans;2. Legislations;3. Implementation;4. Supervision;5. Review and analysis;6.Other activities to promote safety and health.

本法第五十條第二項所定直轄市與縣（市）主管機關及各目的事業主管機關應依有關法令規定，配合國家職業安全衛生政策，積極辦理包括下列事項之職業安全衛生業務：
一、策略及規劃。
二、法規及制度。
三、推動及實施。
四、督導及成效評估。
五、檢討及持續改善。
六、其他安全衛生促進活動。
