Litigations raised by laborers as a result of the employer violating regulations of the Act causing occupational accidents to occur may request assistance from the central competent authority.Such assistance of the preceding Paragraph may be entrusted to private organizations by the central competent authority.
中文原文 職業安全衛生法施行細則第52條
勞工因雇主違反本法規定致發生職業災害所提起之訴訟，得向中央主管機關申請扶助。
前項扶助業務，中央主管機關得委託民間團體辦理。
