Regulations Governing the Surveillance of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 8
Under any of the following circumstances, the type certification body shall sample products on site and take them back for testing when it performs surveillance on production processes, except where it is not easy to take back the products:1. Where there are no testing facilities at the surveillance place;2. Where there are discrepancies as a result of the on-site comparison or testing; or3. Where there are doubts requiring further clarifications.

型式驗證機構辦理前二條之製程監督，有下列情形之一者，應於現場取樣，並攜回測試。
但產品有不易攜回者，不在此限：
一、監督地點無測試設備。
二、經現場比對或測試，有不相符情事。
三、其他認有疑義，須再測試釐清。
