When conductingthe investigation mentioned in the preceding Article, the inspector shall make interview records on the site of theinvestigation or ondesignated places where the products are stored. Comments or explanations made by the person subject to inspection shall be noted in the records.The person subject to inspection shall keep shipment-return documents for later checks when delivering products likely to violate regulations to designated places for storage.

查驗人員執行前條之調查時，應於調查現場或運存指定處所，作成訪談紀錄，並將受查驗者之陳述意見，列入紀錄。
