The clutch of the pin clutch mechanical press shall have a stopper to stop the crankshaft revolution before a clutch driving cam do not exceed the scope of the clutch slide- pin yet to return back.The clutch bracket used by the clutch in the preceding paragraph shall have a positioning pin to fix its position.The clutch-driving cam shall have a construction that it cannot be pressed back if not being acted.The mounting portion for the clutch-driving cam shall have enough strength to support the impact on the cam.

置有滑動銷之離合器之機械衝床，其離合器應具有在離合器作動用凸輪未超過壓回離合器滑動銷範圍前，能停止曲軸旋轉之擋塊。
前項離合器使用之托架，應具有固定位置用之定位銷。
離合器之作動用凸輪，應具有不作動即無法壓回之構造。
離合器之作動用凸輪之安裝部，應具有足以承受該凸輪所生衝擊之強度。
