Safety Standard of Machinery, Equipment and Tools Article 24
The operating portion of the press or shear machine shall have one of the following constructions:1. to prevent the slider unexpectedly starting up due to inadvertent touching.2. the slider cannot move without re-starting the operation.The above-mentioned machinery with mode switching and continuous-stroke shall have a mechanism and construction to prevent the movement of the slider in the case of mistaken operation of the mode switching.

衝剪機械之操作部，應具有下列之構造：
一、防止誤觸致滑塊等非預期起動者。
二、未進行操作，無法使滑塊等動作者。
前項衝剪機械具模式切換及連續行程者，應具有防止因模式切換操作錯誤致滑塊等動作之機制或構造。
