Standards of Permissible Exposure Limits at Job Site Article 8
The concentration of hazardous substances in the air at job sites, to which employees are exposed, shall comply with the following requirements:1. The time-weighted average over the entire working day shall not exceed the permissible exposure limit corresponding to an 8-hour time-weighted average.2. The time-weighted average of any continuous 15-minute period shall not exceed the short-term exposure limit.3. At no time shall the concentration exceed the Ceiling limit.

勞工作業環境空氣中有害物之濃度應符合下列規定：
