The inspection organization shall sign on the original qualification certificate and indicate the period of service (1 year at the most) for hoisting cages passing the periodic inspection.The Inspector shall fill up the Report for the Result of Periodic Inspection for Hoisting cages (Annex 30) after the completion of the periodic inspection and notify the employer of the results.
