Before using the hoisting cages upon completion of manufacturing or before being imported from foreign countries, the Employer shall fill up the Application for Usage Inspection of Hoisting Cages (Annex 14), and submit the same along with the documents listed below to the local inspecting organization to apply for the usage inspection:1. Qualification Certification for the Type Inspection of Manufacturing Facilities (The imported facilities shall be supported by the documents relating to quality control etc. )2. Specification of Hoisting cages (Annex 15)3. Strengthen calculation basis and assembly drawings..4. Fixing method for the settlement of the hoisting cage.
