Regulations for Safety Inspection of Hazardous Machines and Equipment Article 59
If any of the following components of the construction lift intended to be altered, the Employer shall submit the drawings relating to the components to be altered to the inspecting organization for information and auditing:1. Prime motor2. Winch3. Steel wire or hoisting chain4. Braking devicesThe requirements stipulated in the preceding Paragraph 1 is not applicable to those alterations made to the above listed components where the involved materials, specifications and dimensions remain unchanged..If the height of the guide rail or the elevating path is intended to be reduced to be less than 20m, the Employer shall report to the inspecting organization for confirmation and revocation of the corresponding qualification certification of inspection.

雇主對於營建用提升機變更下列各款之一時，應檢附變更部分之圖件，報請檢查機構備查：
一、原動機。
二、絞車。
三、鋼索或吊鏈。
四、制動裝置。
前項變更，材質、規格及尺寸不變者，不在此限。
雇主變更營建用提升機之導軌或升降路之高度為未滿二十公尺者，應報請檢查機構認定後，註銷其檢查合格證。
