Regulations for Safety Inspection of Hazardous Machines and Equipment Article 168

These Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation. However, the provisions of Article 9, Article 22, Article 32, Article 42, Article 52, and Article 62 shall take effect one year after the promulgation of these Regulations.The amended Articles of these Regulations shall take effect on the date of promulgation, except for the Articles amended and promulgated on June 27, 2014, which took effect on July 3, 2014; and Article 3, Article 19, and Article 29 amended and promulgated on December 23, 2025, which shall take effect one year after promulgation.
