Regulations for the Labeling and Hazard Communication of Hazardous Chemicals Article 23
These Regulations shall come into force from July 3, 2014.These amendments to the Regulations shall come into force from the date of promulgation, with the exception of the amendment to Attachment 4 of Article 12, promulgated on November 9, 2018, which took effect on January 1, 2020; and the amendments to Attachment 1 of Article 5 and Attachment 4 of Article 12, promulgated on August 26, 2026, which shall come into force on January 1, 2029.

本規則修正條文，除中華民國一百零七年十一月九日修正發布之第十二條附表四，自一百零九年一月一日施行；一百十五年八月二十六日修正發布之第五條附表一、第十二條附表四，自一百十八年一月一日施行外，自發布日施行。
