Labor Standards Act Article 18

In any of the following situations, a worker shall not claim from the employer either additional wages for the advance notice period or severance pay:1. A labor contract is terminated pursuant to Article 12 or 15.2. The worker leaves his/her service upon expiration of a fixed term contract.
