Regulations for Providing Legal Aid in Lawsuits Concerning Gender Equality in Employment Article 2
In order to provide the legal advice or assistance referred to in Paragraph 1 of Article 37 of the Act, the local competent authority may submit its implementation plan to the central competent authority on a yearly basis. The subsidy will be granted after the central competent authority reviews and approves the application. The terms and conditions, payment criteria, review and expenditure verification of the subsidy shall be announced by the central competent authority separately.The implementation plan referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include the following items:1.Estimated quantity of the legal advice and assistance items, and basis of the estimation.2.Implementation methods.3.Budget estimate of expenditure.4.Other matters prescribed by the central competent authority.

地方主管機關為辦理本法第三十七條第一項所定提供法律諮詢或扶助業務，得按年提出實施計畫報中央主管機關，經審核通過後發給補助；其補助條件、基準、審核及核銷作業等事項，由中央主管機關公告之。
前項實施計畫之內容，應包括下列事項：
一、法律諮詢與扶助項目預估數量及評估依據。
二、辦理方式。
三、經費概算表。
四、其他經中央主管機關規定之事項。
