Enforcement Rules of the Labor Pension Act Article 4
Should any changes occur in the following, the employer must apply to the Bureau within thirty days:1. Changes in the name, registered address or contact address of the business entity.2. Change of responsible persons.Should the necessary changes fail to be made in accordance with the previous paragraph, the Bureau shall directly make the necessary changes in accordance to the insuring unit of the labor insurance or employment insurance.

有下列資料變更時，雇主應於三十日內向勞保局申請：
一、事業單位之名稱、登記地址或通訊地址變更。
二、負責人變更。
未依前項規定辦理變更手續者，勞保局得依勞工保險或就業保險之投保單位變更資料或相關機關登記之資料逕予變更。
