Labor Pension Act Article 56-3
The Bureau of Labor Insurance may request from any relevant authorities information necessary for the labor pension business, and the said authorities may not refuse.Any information obtained by the Bureau of Labor Insurance in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph shall be handled with due diligence. The possession, handling and use of related materials shall be governed by the Personal Information Protection Act.

勞保局為辦理勞工退休金業務所需必要資料，得請相關機關提供，各該機關不得拒絕。
勞保局依前項規定取得之資料，應盡善良管理人之注意義務，相關資料之保有、處理及利用等事項，應依個人資料保護法之規定為之。
