Labor Pension Act Article 53-1
When an employer is in violation of these regulations and is ordered to pay a fine or late payment charge imposed by the competent authority or the Bureau of Labor Insurance, the name of the institution or business owner, the name of the person in charge, the date of the disposition, the violation of the provisions and the amount of the disposition shall be made public; The same applies to those institutions which have been fined according to Article 45.

雇主違反本條例，經主管機關或勞保局處以罰鍰或加徵滯納金者，應公布其事業單位或事業主之名稱、負責人姓名、處分期日、違反條文及處分金額；受委託運用勞工退休基金之機構經依第四十五條規定處以罰鍰者，亦同。
