Labor Pension Act Article 29
A worker’s pension and their right to claim the pension shall not be assigned, attached , off-set, mortgaged, or held as a financial security.A worker claiming a monthly pension pursuant to this Act shall open a specific account with the documents provided by the Bureau of Labor Insurance at a financial institution for the deposit of their monthly pension.Deposits in the specific account of the preceding Paragraph shall not be the object of offset, mortgage, a security holding or compulsory execution.

勞工之退休金及請領勞工退休金之權利，不得讓與、扣押、抵銷或供擔保。
勞工依本條例規定請領退休金者，得檢具勞保局出具之證明文件，於金融機構開立專戶，專供存入退休金之用。
前項專戶內之存款，不得作為抵銷、扣押、供擔保或強制執行之標的。
