An insured person who involuntarily leaves the employment, registers at a Public Employment Service Institution to seek job, and participates in full-time vocational training arranged by the Public Employment Service Institution, may during the training period receive a monthly vocational training living allowance of 60% of the applicant's average monthly salary over the six-month period prior to leave the employment and withdrawing from the labor insurance program, for a maximum of six months .When the applicant receives training, the vocational training establishment should notify the insurer to pay his vocational training living allowance. For those who leave the training in the middle of the training or withdraw from the training unit, the training unit shall immediately notify the insurer to stop paying the vocational training living allowance

被保險人非自願離職，向公立就業服務機構辦理求職登記，經公立就業服務機構安排參加全日制職業訓練，於受訓期間，每月按申請人離職辦理本保險退保之當月起前六個月平均月投保薪資百分之六十發給職業訓練生活津貼，最長發給六個月。
職業訓練單位應於申請人受訓之日，通知保險人發放職業訓練生活津貼。
中途離訓或經訓練單位退訓者，訓練單位應即通知保險人停止發放職業訓練生活津貼。
