Regulations of the Settlement Labor Insurance Disputes Article 21
Committee of E&R will judge examination and review affairs, for the affair with the necessity of re-examination for insured person's injury and sickness or degree of disability, they can ask for re-examination by assigned hospital for special physician. Insured person can not refuse re-examination without proper reason.The charge of re-examination described in preceding paragraph will be paid by BLI.

審議會對於審議事件，認為有複檢被保險人傷病或失能程度之必要時，得指定醫院之專科醫師予以複檢。
被保險人無正當理由者，不得拒絕複檢。
前項複檢所需費用，由勞保局負擔。
