Act for Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes Article 65
The Central Competent Authority shall contribute and set up a Labor Rights and Interests Fund for settling labor-management disputes and protecting labor rights and interests.Sources of this Fund referred to in the preceding Paragraph include:1. Residual money in the previous labor rights and interests fund (a specific account).2. Appropriation by the Government in accordance with the yearly budget plan.3. Interests of the Fund.4. Donations.5. Other related incomes.
中文原文 勞資爭議處理法第65條
為處理勞資爭議，保障勞工權益，中央主管機關應捐助設置勞工權益基金。
前項基金來源如下：
一、勞工權益基金（專戶）賸餘專款。
二、由政府逐年循預算程序之撥款。
三、本基金之孳息收入。
四、捐贈收入。
五、其他有關收入。
