An employer or employer organization that is in violation of Article 8 shall be fined no less than N.T. $200,000 but not exceeding N.T. $600,000.A labor union that is in violation of Article 8 shall be fined no less than N.T. $100,000 but not exceeding N.T. $300,000.A worker who is in violation of Article 8 shall be fined no less than N.T. $10,000 but not exceeding N.T. $30,000.

中文原文勞資爭議處理法第62條

雇主或雇主團體違反第八條規定者，處新臺幣二十萬元以上六十萬元以下罰鍰。
工會違反第八條規定者，處新臺幣十萬元以上三十萬元以下罰鍰。
勞工違反第八條規定者，處新臺幣一萬元以上三萬元以下罰鍰。
