Act for Settlement of Labor-Management Disputes Article 19
The mediation is successfully concluded when the mediation proposal is approved in accordance with the preceding Article and the parties to the labor-management dispute agree to sign the mediation record. Provided that, if the party to a dispute is an agency (institution) or a school as prescribed in Paragraph 2 to Article 10 of the Collective Agreement Act, its agent shall submit a written authorization issued by the superior agency of foresaid agency (institution) or school before signing the mediation record.

依前條規定作成之調解方案，經勞資爭議雙方當事人同意在調解紀錄簽名者，為調解成立。
但當事人之一方為團體協約法第十條第二項規定之機關（構）、學校者，其代理人簽名前，應檢附同條項所定有核可權機關之同意書。
