Regulations for Arbitration on Labor-Management Disputes Article 11
The competent authority shall prepare a name list of members of arbitration committee including the following items:1. Name, age and gender.2. Educational attainment and experiences.3. Current position and job.4. Expertise.5. Experience of handling labor-management relations.6. Date of appointment.The competent authority shall publicly announce the name list of members of arbitration committee before the end of May each year.

主管機關備置之仲裁委員名冊，應記載下列事項：

二、學歷及經歷。
三、現任職務。
四、專長。
五、勞資關係之處理經驗。
六、遴聘日期。
主管機關應於每年五月底前，將仲裁委員名冊公告之。
