Enforcement Rules of Labor Union Act Article 34

In case that a competent authority orders a labor union to reorganize in accordance with Paragraph 2 to Article 38 of the Act, it shall follow the procedures as prescribed in Article 11 of the Act.The competent authority may revoke a labor union’s registration in case it fails to reorganize in accordance with the preceding paragraph.
