Labor Union Act Article 20
The term of service of directors, supervisors, standing directors, standing supervisors, deputy chairperson and chairperson of board of directors and chairperson of board of supervisors of a labor union shall be no more than four years.The chairperson of board of directors of a labor union shall be re-elected for a consecutive term.
