Labor Union Act Article 19
A member of a labor union who has reached the age of 18 may be elected as a director or supervisor of the labor union.A member of a labor union who also has joined an industrial or commercial organization shall not be elected as a director, a supervisor, a standing director, a standing supervisor, the deputy chairperson, the chairperson of board of directors or the chairperson of board of supervisors.

工會會員已成年者，得被選舉為工會之理事、監事。
工會會員參加工業團體或商業團體者，不得為理事或監事、常務理事、常務監事、副理事長、理事長或監事會召集人。
