Regulations for the Management of Tourist Amusement Enterprise Article 32
Safety inspections shall be carried out on the following tourist amusement facilities operated by tourist amusement enterprises:1. Mechanic amusement facilities.2. Aquatic amusement facilities.3. Land-based amusement facilities.4. Aeronautic amusement facilities.5. Other amusement facilities approved by the administrative authority.The items to be included in the inspections as required by the preceding Paragraph shall be determined by the administrative authority on the central government level in concert with administrative authorities unless otherwise stipulated by related laws and regulations or national standards.

觀光遊樂業經營下列觀光遊樂設施應實施安全檢查：
一、機械遊樂設施。
二、水域遊樂設施。
三、陸域遊樂設施。
四、空域遊樂設施。
五、其他經主管機關核定之遊樂設施。
前項檢查項目，除相關法令及國家標準另有規定者外，由中央主管機關協調相關主管機關定之。
