Regulations Governing Investment Tax Credits for Tourist Industry Participation in Government-Sanctioned International Tourism Publicity and Promotion Undertakings Article 2
Terms used in these Regulations are defined as follows:1. An “international tourism organization” refers to a tourism-related international organization with members from at least three countries.2. A “travel exhibition” refers to a professional travel exhibition or travel trading meeting organized by a government tourism unit and held overseas.3. An “international conference” is a conference attended by a total of at least 50 persons who include foreign representatives.4. “Conference travel” refers to travel services provided in conjunction with an international conference or seminar held in the ROC.

本辦法所用名詞，定義如下：
一、國際觀光組織：指會員跨三個國家以上，且與觀光產業相關之國際組織。
二、旅遊展覽：指參加政府觀光單位所籌辦在國外舉辦或參加之專業旅遊展覽、旅遊交易會。
三、國際會議：指包括外國代表在內，且人數達五十人以上之會議。
四、會議旅遊：指配合國際會議或研討會在中華民國舉辦所提供之旅遊服務。
