Regulations for Administration of Tourist Hotel Enterprises Article 46
The MOTC may award or publicly commend tourist hotel employees with any of the following achievements:1. Showing extraordinary performance in promotion of tourism2. Having outstanding performance in tourist hotel management research and development3. Providing excellent service highly appreciated by hotel guests or accomplishing impressive deeds4. Having outstanding performance in protection of national honor and enhancement of international friendships5. Having served in the same business entity for 15 years or longer with impeccable work ethics6. Having other commendable deeds
中文原文 觀光旅館業管理規則第46條
觀光旅館業從業人員有下列情事之一者，交通部得予以獎勵或表揚：
一、推動觀光事業有卓越表現者。
二、對觀光旅館管理之研究發展，有顯著成效者。
三、接待觀光旅客服務週全，獲有好評或有感人事蹟者。
四、維護國家榮譽，增進國際友誼，表現優異者。
五、在同一事業單位連續服務滿十五年以上，具有敬業精神者。
六、其他有足以表揚之事蹟者。
