Regulations for Administration of Tourist Hotel Enterprises Article 30
After beginning operation, a tourist hotel shall provide the Tourism Administration of the MOTC and the municipality government with jurisdiction over the hotel with the following information within the periods specified:1. The business income, guest room occupancy rate, total number of hotel guests and foreign currencies received each month before the 20th of the following month2. The balance sheet and income statement before June 30 the following year

觀光旅館業開業後，應將下列資料依限填表分報交通部觀光署及該管直轄市政府：
一、每月營業收入、客房住用率、住客人數統計及外匯收入實績，於次月二十日前。
二、資產負債表、損益表，於次年六月三十日前。
