Tourist hotels shall determine their room rates and submit them to the MOTC for reference and also provide the local tourist hotel association with a duplicate. The same procedure shall apply when changes are made.Tourist hotels shall post the room rates, hotel guest notices and emergency shelter location chart at noticeable locations in each guest room.

觀光旅館業客房之定價，由該觀光旅館業自行訂定後，報交通部備查，並副知當地觀光旅館商業同業公會；變更時亦同。
觀光旅館業應將客房之定價、旅客住宿須知及避難位置圖置於客房明顯易見之處。
