Regulations for Administration of Tourist Hotel Enterprises Article 24
Tourist hotels shall immediately take action or report to the local police department when discovering hotel guests in one of the following situations:1. Suspected of engaging in activities likely to endanger national security2. Carrying weapons, hazardous substances or other contrabands3. Using illegal drugs or other narcotics4. Attempting to commit suicide or found dead5. Gambling or engaging in conduct that disturbs public order or peace or violates social decency and refusing to cooperate when told to stop such behavior6. Suspected of committing other crimes
中文原文 觀光旅館業管理規則第24條
觀光旅館業知悉旅客有下列情形之一者，應即為必要之處理或報請當地警察機關處理：
一、有危害國家安全之嫌疑者。
二、攜帶軍械、危險物品或其他違禁物品者。
三、施用煙毒或其他麻醉藥品者。
四、有自殺企圖之跡象或死亡者。
五、有聚賭或為其他妨害公眾安寧、公共秩序及善良風俗之行為，不聽勸止者。
六、有其他犯罪嫌疑者。
