Regulations for Awards to Outstanding Tourism Enterprises, Groups and Professionals Article 13
The selection criteria or selection principles for tourism enterprises, groups and individuals shall be decided by the awards committee according to the characteristics of such enterprises, groups, and individuals. In deciding the selection criteria or selection principles, the awards committee may give consideration to the following matters:(1) Operations management and service performance.(2) Innovative and strategic management.(3) Consumer satisfaction or public sentiment.(4) Service quality and safety maintenance.(5) Planning, development and utilization of manpower resources.(6) Environmental protection performance.

觀光產業及其從業人員之評選基準或評選原則，由評選會就產業及其從業人員特性議定之。
評選會議定評選基準或評選原則得參酌下列事項辦理：
一、經營管理或服務實績。
二、創新與策略管理。
三、旅遊消費者滿意度或輿情反映。
四、服務品質與安全維護。
五、人力資源之規劃、開發及運用。
六、環境保護實績。
