The Tourism Administration shall publicly announce the schedule, categories, subjects (including test outlines), and registration details for the certification examinations one year before the examinations are held.The Tourism Administration shall maintain comprehensive records for tour guide certification examination applicants, including registration data, qualification review results, test scores, and other relevant documents. These records shall be preserved for at least one year from the examination date.The expenses incurred for the tour guide proficiency tests shall be covered by the annual budget allocated by the Tourism Administration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
中文原文 導遊人員管理規則第8條
交通部觀光署應於辦理當年度評量測驗之前一年度，公告評量測驗之日程、類科（別）、科目（含命題大綱）、報名簡章事項。
交通部觀光署應建立參加導遊人員評量測驗人員（以下簡稱參測人員）之各項文件檔案，包含報名資料、資格審查、評量測驗成績及其他有關文件，自評量測驗之日起保存至少一年。
導遊人員評量測驗所需經費，由交通部觀光署編列年度預算支應。
交通部觀光署應建立參加導遊人員評量測驗人員（以下簡稱參測人員）之各項文件檔案，包含報名資料、資格審查、評量測驗成績及其他有關文件，自評量測驗之日起保存至少一年。
