Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 8-1

When organizing tour guide certification examinations, the Tourism Administration may notify examination participants regarding the following matters by telex, fax, SMS, e-mail, and other electronic documents, which will be considered as having been delivered by themselves:1. Notifications to submit or correct payment documents within a specified period for applications for certification exam registration and score review that are either missing required payments or have incomplete documents.2. Notifications of non-acceptance of applications for certification exam registration and score review.3. Results of score reviews.4. Notification of examination results.5. Notification of pre-employment training.6. Notification of rejection or approval of various applications.7. Other responses to various applications.Participants should ensure that the e-mail address, mobile phone, and other contact information provided are correct and functioning normally, and regularly check for notifications from the Tourism Ad-ministration of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications.
中文原文 導遊人員管理規則第8-1條
交通部觀光署辦理導遊人員評量測驗，得就下列事項以電傳文件、傳真、簡訊、電子郵件及其他電子文件方式通知參測人員，並視為自行送達：
一、評量測驗報名及申請成績複查案件，依規定應繳交費件而未繳交或所繳費件未齊全，請參測人員限期繳交或補正之通知。
二、評量測驗報名及申請成績複查案件，不予受理之通知。
三、成績複查處理結果。
四、成績通知書。
五、職前訓練通知書。
六、報名及各項申請案件否准。
七、其他回復各類申請案件。
參測人員應確保所提供之電子郵件信箱、行動電話等通訊資料正確無誤且可正常使用，並適時查閱交通部觀光署之通知。
