Individuals participating in pre-service training for tour guides should submit a notice of pre-service training or a copy of the tour guide examination qualification certificate, pay the training fee, and apply to the relevant agency or organization commissioned by the Tourism Administration. They should report for training at the scheduled time.Participants in the tour guide pre-service training may cancel their registration and apply for a 70% refund of the training fee up to seven days before the training begins. No refund will be provided after this period. However, individuals unable to undergo training due to maternity leave, severe illness, or other valid reasons may apply for a full refund.
中文原文 導遊人員管理規則第26條
參加導遊職前訓練人員，應檢附職前訓練通知書或導遊人員考試及格證書影本、繳納訓練費用，向交通部觀光署或其委託之有關機關、團體申請，並依排定之訓練時間報到接受訓練。
參加導遊職前訓練人員報名繳費後，開訓前七日得取消報名並申請退還七成訓練費用，逾期不予退還。
但因產假、重病或其他正當事由無法接受訓練者，得申請全額退費。
