Regulations Governing Tour Guides Article 25

Those meeting any of the following conditions and passing the assessment for foreign language tour guides are exempt from undergoing pre-service training:1.Those who have passed the assessment for Chinese-speaking tour guides and are qualified in training.2.Those who have passed the assessment for foreign language tour guides and are qualified in training.3.Tour guides who passed the examinations and training conducted by the Tourism Bureau before April 19, 2005, as per the amendments in this regulation.4.Individuals who passed the tour guide examinations and training by the Examination Yuan before October 19, 2023, as per the amendments in this regulation.

有下列各款情形之一，參加外語導遊人員評量測驗及格者，免再參加職前訓練：
一、經華語導遊人員評量測驗及格且訓練合格者。
二、經外語導遊人員評量測驗及格且訓練合格者。
三、本規則九十四年四月十九日修正施行前，經交通部觀光局測驗及訓練合格之導遊人員。
四、於本規則一百十二年十月十九日修正施行前，經考試院導遊人員考試及訓練合格者。

二、經外語導遊人員評量測驗及格且訓練合格者。
