Tour managers who have obtained graduation certificates or tour manager licenses but have not engaged in services for three consecutive years must undergo training again upon receipt or renewal of their professional license before resuming tour manager duties. However, in cases of natural disasters, epidemics, or other valid reasons, the competent central authority may announce an extension based on actual needs.Those who are required to undergo training again under the previous paragraph shall follow the same provisions as pertain to pre-service training in these rules. However, this re-training will consist of 28 sessions, with each session lasting 50 minutes.

領隊人員取得結業證書或領隊人員執業證後，連續三年未執行領隊業務者，應依規定重行參加訓練結業，領取或換領執業證後，始得執行領隊業務。
但因天災、疫情或其他事由，中央主管機關得視實際需要公告延長之。
依前項規定重行參加訓練者，準用本規則有關職前訓練之規定。
但重行參加訓練節次為二十八節課，每節課為五十分鐘。
