Regulations Governing Tour Managers Article 32

If an organization or institution appointed to conduct tour manager pre-service training or on-the-job training fails to comply with the requirements in the preceding Article, the Tourism Administration may notify it to make correction within a set time; and if it fails to make correction within the set time, its appointment may be revoked, and it may not participate in selection for training appointment within the ensuing two years.

受委託辦理領隊人員職前訓練及在職訓練之機關、團體違反前條規定者，交通部觀光署得予糾正並通知限期改善；屆期未改善者，廢止其委託，並於二年內不得參與委託訓練之甄選。
